IDR is seeking a Systems Administrator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting complex systems and applications within a dynamic environment, focusing on system administration and technical support for various enterprise tools and platforms.
Position Overview for the Systems Administrator:
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications including OneStream, Qlik, Power BI, and others.
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, and support user-related issues.
- Support integration efforts such as Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, and SAP connectors.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements, document processes, and support enhancements.
Requirements for the Systems Administrator:
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications such as OneStream or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, REST API, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to support application management, copy/refresh tasks, and environment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform with minimal supervision.
