IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity! This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced developer specializing in ServiceNow platform design and implementation, supporting enterprise workflows and integrations. The position offers the chance to work on complex solutions within a dynamic environment, focusing on high-quality application delivery and platform enhancements.

Position Overview for the ServiceNow Developer:

• Act as a technical consultant to customers and business stakeholders.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, and drive the functional and technical design for ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement complex ServiceNow architectures, leveraging Scoped Applications, Workflow/Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to automate enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Field Mappings to automate and normalize data imports from external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

Requirements for the ServiceNow Developer:

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, including core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR) and custom application development.
• Proficiency in the GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow’s scripting model to manipulate data and automate complex business logic.
• Experience developing scoped applications and customizing Service Portal / Employee Service Center Portal widgets.
