IDR is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lansing, MI. This role is part of an important state government project within the public sector, focusing on enhancing digital services and application development. The position involves full lifecycle development and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Position Overview for the Senior Full Stack Java Developer:
- Lead end-to-end development efforts, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards, security, and performance
Requirements for the Senior Full Stack Java Developer:
- 3–5 years of full stack Java development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
