Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Remote Recruiter:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate onboarding, with a focus on healthcare roles.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

• Utilize various tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and scheduling software to source and manage candidates effectively.

• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to identify top talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions.

• Support the negotiation of offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills for Remote Recruiter:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, with a strong understanding of both clinical and non-clinical roles.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
