Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Remote Recruiter:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate onboarding, with a focus on healthcare roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Utilize various tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and scheduling software to source and manage candidates effectively.
Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to identify top talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
Support the negotiation of offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills for Remote Recruiter:
Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, with a strong understanding of both clinical and non-clinical roles.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
