Program Overview
The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Program (FMWRP) supports Soldiers and their Families by offering a variety of services and programs across Army installations worldwide. This role will specifically support IMCOM’s mission by expediting the processing and submission of background checks for childcare services.
RIVA is proud to support IMCOM by providing skilled professionals to manage and improve background check operations that are critical to the safety and success of military family programs.
Role Overview
RIVA Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Background Check Administrator (BCA) to process, coordinate, submit, and track Child Services Background Checks (CSBCs). The BCA will serve as the primary liaison for background investigation submissions and provide administrative support to ensure compliance with government standards and timelines.
This role requires an individual with strong communication and customer service skills who is comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate, coordinate, and track background checks and investigations to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Communicate with applicants and functional managers to assist and guide them through completion of required background check and investigation documentation.
Produce and review a variety of documents, such as memorandums, reports, spreadsheets, and official correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
Proofread all outgoing documentation to ensure accuracy in grammar, formatting, and data integrity.
Compile interim and final childcare suitability results provided by the DAG1 CSSC.
Provide regular status updates and reporting as required.
Required Qualifications
Must hold an Active DoD Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service mindset
