Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable - Infrastructure Replacement:
- Assist the Project Financial Specialist with Infrastructure Replacement
- Process and review vendor invoices for infrastructure or capital projects
- Track and reconcile vendor credits, adjustments, and outstanding balances accurately
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and finance teams to ensure timely and compliant payments
- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position
Required Skills for Accounts Payable - Infrastructure Replacement:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in using ERP or financial systems for AP management (e.g., Dynamics SL or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with FCC reimbursement processes and aligning payment batches with remittance schedules
- Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred, but relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered

Compensation Details: $20-25/hr W2
